Over 16 thousand 500 peepal saplings planted on initiative of Governor

Bhopal, July 19, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): On the initiative of the Governor Smt. Anandiben Patel, over 16 thousand 500 peepal saplings were planted in various regions of the state on the occasion of Guru Poornima. Saplings of peepal were planted in the campuses of universities, government and private colleges and schools. Total 16 thousand 508 peepal saplings including 3 thousand 997 saplings in universities and colleges and 12 thousand 511 saplings in schools were planted.
It may be mentioned that instructions to plant peepal saplings were given by the Governor Smt. Patel to all the educational institutions. One thousand 151 peepal’s saplings were planted in the educational institutions of Bhopal district.
