CM Shri Kamal Nath dedicates and lays foundation of works worth Rs. 180 crore

Honoured various talented persons of Tribal Community
Bhopal, August 9, 2019 (Ataullah Faizan): The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath dedicated and laid foundation of construction works costing Rs. 180 crore 7 lakh 58 thousand during the State Level Programme held on the occasion of the International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples at Chhindwara today. He honoured various talented persons of the tribal community on this occasion. The Chief Minister also gave laptops, tractors, driving licenses and appointment letters to the girls and boys of tribal families.
Utensils were distributed to the Gram Panchayats during the programme. Swachchta Jingle of the Municipal Corporation under the Swachchta Survekshan was released by the CM Shri Nath. He also saw an exhibition focusing tribal culture. The Minister for Tribal Welfare Shri Omkar Singh Markam, Minister for Public Health Engineering Shri Sukhdev Panse and Member of Parliament Shri Nakul Nath were present on the occasion. Former Minister Shri Deepak Saxena, MLAs Sarvashri Kamlesh Shah, Sohanlal Valmik, Sunil Uikey, Vijay Chourey, Nilesh Uikey, Sujeet Chowdhary and Ganga Prasad Tiwari also attended the programme.
