Eye patients affected by operation will get free treatment for lifetime

Minister Shri Silavat meets eye patients at Choithram Hospital
Bhopal, September 3, 2019 (Ataullah Faizan): Public Health and Family Welfare Minister Shri Tulsiram Silavat today reached Choithram Hospital in Indore and sought information about the well being of the eye patients undergoing treatment. The doctors said that the eyesight of eight patients is now returning to normal.
Minister Shri Silavat said that the people whose eyesight was affected in Indore Nethralaya will be provided free medical treatment for life. He also sought information about the patients who returned after treatment from Chennai. Today the eye patients who were called for testing were from Dhar district. After a telephonic discussion with the Dhar Collector Shri Silavat instructed that BPL card and residential patta facility should be given to the families of all the patients according to their financial condition. He also told to ensure that these families should get the benefit of social security schemes.
