Rift widens in MP Congress as Scindia says promise of loan waiver not fully fulfilled

Guna: The factionalism in the Madhya Pradesh Congress is getting deeper. After Digvijay Singh’s brother on debt waiver, now former MP from Guna Jyotiraditya Scindia has also raised questions. Jyotiraditya Scindia admitted that the debt waiver promised by his government has not been fully fulfilled. Earlier, Digvijay Singh’s brother Laxman Singh had said that Rahul Gandhi should apologize to the farmers.
Jyotiraditya Scindia said, ‘The debt waiver promised by the government has not been fulfilled. The loan of farmers up to Rs 50 thousand has been waived whereas we had promised loan waiver of up to Rs 2 lakh. Therefore, the government should work towards waiving the entire debt of the farmer. video
Digvijay’s brother demanded an apology from Rahul
Earlier last month, Congress MLA Laxman Singh, brother of senior leader Digvijay Singh, had targeted his government and said that the promise of loan waiver of farmers has not been fulfilled. He also said that Rahul Gandhi should apologize to the farmers and tell how much more time it will take to forgive the loan.
Congress needs self-observation – Scindia
On the rebellious voice within the Congress, Jyotiraditya Scindia said that the Congress needs self-observation and it is the need of the hour to reform the party’s position today. In response to a question asked by Congress leader Salman Khurshid about the bad state of the Congress party, Scindia first said that he does not react to anyone’s statement.
