No dearth of fund for higher education of poor talented students

Finance Minister Mr.  Mallaiya distributes free cycles to girl students

Bhopal, April 21, 2018 (Ataullah Faizan):   Finance Minister Mr.  Jayant Mallaiya has said that talented girl students in the state will not face dearth of fund for higher education. Now, fee of poor talented students is being paid by the state government for selection in medical, engineering, IIT like prestigious institutions. Mr.  Mallaiya was addressing girl students in Bandkapur of Damoh today after distribution of free cycles.  Mr.  Mallaiya inspected under construction Higher Secondary School Building, at Bandakpur at a cost of about Rs 1.55 crore. He instructed the execution agency to maintain quality in the construction work. The Finance Minister distributed free gas connections to poor women under Gram Swaraj Abhiyan. Mr.  Mallaiya said that Ujjawala Yojana of the Prime Minister Mr.  Narendra Modi is an ambitious scheme. Free LPG connections have been distributed to 8 crore poor families so far under this scheme. The Finance Minister distributed LPG connections to 80 women of poor families in Bandakpur. Finance Minister Mr.  Mallaiya dedicated water cooler installed in famous Jageshwarnath Temple for pilgrims. He appealed to increase public participation in social works.
