Reviews meeting of general administration department

Bhopal, May 10, 2018 (Ataullah Faizan):  Minister of State for General Administration Mr. Lal Singh Arya has given instructions to fill backlog posts. He was reviewing the activities of the General Administration department at Mantralaya today. Additional Chief Secretary General Administration Mr. Prabhanshu Kamal was present in the meeting. Mr. Arya said that delay should not be caused in the cases of compassion appointments, these cases should be redressed within time limit. He mentioned that the General Administration department must have knowledge about the category wise vacant posts of various departments. Mr. Arya said that a circular should be issued to district collectors, where the cases of caste certificates are pending that the cases should be redressed before the start of new academic session. MoS Mr. Arya held discussions with officers of the construction agency and CPA in connection to the progress of the Annexe building of Mantralaya. It was informed that the testing of Annexe building is underway, building will be ready by July 30. Building is completely fire proof. Furniture’s samples have arrived. Building will be maintained by the contractor for one year and then tender will be issued. Work of godown will be completely by the month of June. Parking will be started soon.

Mr. Arya stated that he will inspect the Annexe building after May 22. Mr. Arya discussed with the applicant Mr. Gopal Singh Meena of Tahsil Kalapipal-District Shajapur over phone, who had applied for caste certificate of his child through Lok Seva Kendra. The applicant Mr. Meena has informed that the caste certificate has not been prepared yet, all the papers have been submitted. Mr. Arya in this connection immediately contacted the District Collector Shajapur and told him to redress the case immediately.
