Journalism training centre begins at Datia

PR Minister Dr. Mishra inaugurates centre

Bhopal, May 14, 2018 (Ataullah Faizan):  Minister for Public Relations, Water Resources and Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Narottam Mishra inaugurated Makhanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita evam Sanchaar Vishvidyalaya campus at Khairi Mata Mandir area of Datia today. The programme was presided over by the President of Nagar Palika Mr. Subhas Agrawal. Minister Dr. Mishra said that an amount of Rs. 30 crore will be spent for the development of university campus. The state government has given a priority for development of positive, clean and fair journalism. In this series, an arrangement for journalism training has been made at Datia. A process for admissions in courses like B.A. (Mass Communication), B.Com. Computer and PGDCA has been begun from this session itself. He mentioned that more career opportunities will be made available for youth now. Moreover, Dr. Mishra said that new buildings for Court, hospital, medical college, collectorate besides new buildings of several departments have been constructed in Datia.

Development of Datia will not end at all. Dedicates Tap-Water Scheme: Public Relations Minister Dr. Mishra dedicated the surface Tap-Water scheme, constructed at a cost Rs. 90 crore at Agora village of Datia. Congratulating villagers for availability of clean potable water, he urged them to use water as per the necessity. All must become watchful to stop wastage of water, he added.
