Bhopal, June 20, 2018 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that no child will be deprived of education due to lack of money in the state. He said that the government will bear the fees of outstanding students. In his address in a private channel programme here today Mr. Chouhan said that the Government has taken all possible measures to facilitate the access to education. Be it a provision for giving free cycles to girls, laptops to meritorious students or filling their fees for higher education, firm steps have been taken to make education employment-oriented through innovative experiments in education. Mr. Chouhan said that efforts are being made to build toilets in every school. Discussing education system about one and a half decade ago, he said earlier Karmi culture was in vogue. Education was dependent on shikshakarmis and gurujis. Hence quality of education was also sub-standard. Today teachers are receiving a respectable salaries and academic infrastructure has also improved. Mr. Chouhan said that now the students have to pay attention only to studies. Funds are being arranged by the government. Mr. Chouhan said that four Shramoday Vidyalayas will be opened for children of labourers. He said that the dreams of youth will not be allowed to die. Referring to the schemes implemented for self employment for the youth, he said that youth can start their own enterprise. Government will give them all possible assistance. He said that focus on employment and skill development is being taken care of. Women empowerment is the highest priority. Mr. Chouhan felicitated youth who come from remote backward areas and who have achieved great heights in different fields in life.
