Bhopal, June 20, 2018 (Ataullah Faizan): The Governor Mrs. Anandiben Patel reached Aganwadi Kendra located in village Sarva of Bhind district on Monday and gathered information about the nutritious food being served to the children in the centre. She also distributed text books to the school students and planted sapling in the school campus. Mrs. Patel said that nutritious food according to the fixed menu should be served in the aganwadi. She expressed happiness over the birth of more female children in comparison to male in the village between January 1 and June 1, 2018. She distributed fruits to the children and heard poems from the children. Moreover, the Governor Mrs. Patel has said during her visit to the school at village Sarva that yoga classes should be conducted for children twice a week. Students should be taken on tour to historical places and Malanpur Industrial area and they should be told to write an essay on their visits. She further mentioned that old students should welcome new students at school.
The Governor Mrs. Patel reviewed schemes being implemented by the Union Government in Bhind. She said that self-help groups should be made strong to make them self dependent. She also reviewed Mukhyamantri Mudra Yojana, Krishi Bima, Ujjawala, Soubhagya, Pradhanmantri Gramin and Shahri Awas, Mid Day Meal, Swachchta Mission, Aajivika Mission, Pradhanmantri Gramin Sadak and Ayushman Bharat Yojana.
Mrs. Patel obtained information about the businesses being conducted by the beneficiaries of Mudra Yojana. She interacted directly with the beneficiaries and heard their experiences. Mrs. Patel gave instructions for proper implementation of schemes. Minister for General Administration Mr. Lal Singh Arya, MLAs Mr. Narendra Singh Kushwaha and Mr. Mukesh Singh Chaturvedi besides other Public Representatives were present on the occasion.
