Chief Minister redresses public complaints in Samadhan online
Bhopal, July 4, 2018 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that to give good governance to the public is our the top most priority. Officials should redress public problems on the same day taking them seriously. Mr. Chouhan was reviewing the actions taken under ‘Samadhan Ek Din’ and Public Service Guarantee Act during Samadhan online at Mantralaya today. The Chief Minister heard a dozen public complaints of different districts and redressed them and made payment of Rs. seven lakh to concerned persons. Chief Minister Mr. Chouhan said that fine should be imposed on officers who do not provide services on time, under the Public Service Delivery Guarantee Act. He congratulated and gave appreciation letters to the officers, who performed well. He issued instructions to officers performing not as per expectation, to improve. He instructed to increase registration number under Sambal Yojana where there is low registrations. Instructions were given to ensure registration of all pregnant women and provide delivery assistance. Instructions were issued similarly for patta right for land and carrying out necessary works under aspiring development blocks.
Mr. Chouhan instructed officials to make payment of balance incentive under price difference and Kisan Samriddhi Yojana to farmers for gram, lentil sale. He instructed that farmers should not face any problem in selling his produce. Any eligible farmer should not be deprived of it and there should be no irregularity. It was informed during Samadhan that procurement of Urad and Moong will be made between July 4 and 31 in Krishi Upaj Mandi.
The Chief Minister instructed to ensure payment of Rs one thousand per month to women of specially backward tribe Sahriya, Bhariya and Baiga. He said that there is no dearth of fund. This amount is being given to all eligible women from last December. The amount will be given in bank account of the beneficiaries who did not get it. They can provide nutritious diet to their children. He instructed to distribute shoes-chappal, saree and water bottle to remaining beneficiaries under Charan Paduka Yojana.
