Shri PC Sharma inspects land earmarked for international level cricket stadium

Bhopal : January 29, 2019 (Muslim Saleem):  Public Relations Minister Shri PC Sharma inspected the land earmarked for international level cricket stadium at Barkheda Nathu here today.Public Relations, law and legislative, science and technology, aviation, religious trust and endowment minister Shri PC Sharma today conducted inspection of land for construction of international cricket stadium in Bhopal near village Barkheda Nathu. He said that construction for the stadium would begin soon. Shri Sharma took stock of papers for the construction.
Minister Shri Sharma informed that the construction work will be carried out in four phases. Local cricket players will be able to play after completion of first phase. Shri Sharma expects from director, sports and youth welfare Shri SL Thaosen that detail project report (DPR) of the stadium will be completed within a month. He said that he would give final touch to administrative procedure by conducting inspection at the construction site with sports and youth welfare minister Shri Jitu Patwari.
On the demand for availing employment to villagers present on the spot, on priority, Public Relations minister Shri Sharma assured stadium construction will not only generate employments for local people but also accelerate development of the area.
He said that sports complex will be constructed on 50 acre land in village Barkheda Nathu, which includes construction of international cricket stadium. It would open up new avenues for development and avail jobs to maximum people.
Collector Dr Sudam Khade, member of Madhya Pradesh Cricket Association Shri Aruneshwar Singhdev and corporator Shri Yogendra Singh Chouhan were also present during the inspection.
