No alternative for Hard Work: Governor

Bhopal : February 5, 2019 (Muslim Saleem):  The Governor Smt. Anandiben Patel said that we get success owing to only hard work and conscientious. There is no synonym for hard work. Country got freedom after hard struggle. Therefore, it is necessary for us that we should perform our duties with national spirit to sustain it. She expressed her views during the ‘At Home’ programme organized for the NCC cadets, who returned after taking part in the Republic Day Programme. Under Officer Garima Singh Bhadoria, Yogesh Dadhore and Senior Captain Deependra Singh Jadon, who have performed best in the Republic Day Celebration programme were honoured on the occasion.
The Governor said that NCC has laudable contribution in developing discipline and feeling of unity in youth. She mentioned that participation of girls in NCC is a matter of pride. Smt. Patel urged the society to encourage children to enroll themselves in NCC. He hoped that NCC cadets will achieve new goals with new spirit in future and bring laurels to the country and state.
Smt. Patel was presented a model of battle ship made by the cadets in the NCC camp. The Additional Director General NCC, Major General Mukesh K. Dutta has informed that one lakh youth of 51 districts of M.P. and 27 of Chhattisgarh are receiving NCC training. Out of this 30 percent are girls. Mentioning about the accomplishment of cadets in sports and other heroic activities, he informed that 3 cadets have been selected in the armed forces of the country and 12 cadets have visited 10 countries including Russia. The Deputy Director General Brigadier K.J.S. Rathore and Group Commander Brigadier Anil Hudda were also present.
