CM Shri Kamal Nath: Worked every moment in last 65 days for development

Lays foundation of irrigation and potable water schemes worth Rs. 1300 crore in Rajgarh
Bhopal : March 3, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath has said that the state government has worked every moment in the last 65 days for the welfare of the people. He stated that this government believes in work alone. The coming years will ensure happiness among the farmers, youth, women and in each section of the society. Shri Kamal Nath was addressing the foundation laying programme of irrigation and potable water schemes and programme for dedication of plant of 132/33 K.V in Rajgarh today. He mentioned that this will facilitate irrigation and electricity to the people of 1580 villages of Rajgarh district.
Shri Kamal Nath said that the important decisions have been taken by the state government in order to fulfill promises of the manifesto in the last 65 days. Farmers’ loan has been waived off. Electricity bills have been reduced to half. In the next 4 days, loan of 25 lakh farmers will be written off. A procedure to waive crop loan of the remaining farmers will continue, he added.
The Chief Minister stated that the state government is anxious particularly to provide the employment opportunities to the educated youth. Skill development programme has been started to provide employment opportunities to youth. Constant efforts are being in the state for enhancing industrial investment in the state. This will help in generating new employment opportunities. The state government is making every possible effort to meet the aspirations of the people.
Shri Kamal Nath distributed certificates of laon waivers to the farmers. Farmers’ loans worth Rs. 144 crore of Rajgarh district have been waived off.
The programme was also addressed by the District In-Charge and Minister for Urban Development and Housing Shri Jaivardhan Singh, Minister for Energy Shri Priyavrat Singh and Minister for Agriculture Shri Sachin Yadav.
