Two brothers die during illegal mining in Shivpuri district

Kaira / shivpuri: Due to illegal mining in Karongtha village, 10 km from Kaira headquarters, the lives of two brothers were lost. Both brothers Raju Parihar and Awadhesh alias Abbu Parehar had gone to fill a tractor-trolley on the call of Santosh Yadav on the wage of two hundred rupees. While extracting the coopra (sandy stones), the clay suddenly fell from the top. Three young men, including both brothers, were buried under the soil. Both brothers died on the spot, while the third young man Arjun son Muna was wounded.
The injured Arjun has been admitted to the Hospital for treatment. The Kaira police arrived at the spot and inspected the bodies of both the brothers and sent them for the post-mortem. TI Rakesh Sharma says that they will investigate further in this matter.
According to the father of the deceased Sukhlal, Santosh Yadav took Raju and Abbu to work on two hundred rupees wages. In this case Karaira SDM Arvind Vajpayee says that according to official rules financial assistance in the name of the dead is also being provided.
