CM at meeting of advisory committee of Vishwa Hindi SammelanBhopal, July 9, 2015 (Muslim Saleem): Advocating for Hindi language, Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that its use in official work should be maximized. Besides, promoting vernacular languages is also need of the hour. Subjects like science should also be taught in Hindi. Madhya Pradesh has established Hindi Vishwavidyalaya at Bhopal where complicated subjects like science and technology are being taught in Hindi.Mr. Chouhan was addressing a meeting of advisory board of 20th Vishwa Hindi Sammelan in New Delhi today. Mr. Chouhan laid special emphasis on use of Hindi in Parliament and Vidhan Sabhas to promote Hindi. He said that language should be easy and simple. Right Hindi words should be selected. For this, a Hindi dictionary should be prepared.
Minister of External Affairs Mrs. Sushma Swaraj presided over the meeting. Governor of West Bengal Mr. Kesari Nath Tripathi, Goa Governor Mrs. Mridula Sinha, Madhya Pradesh’s Minister of State for Tourism Mr. Surendra Patwa, Wardha Hindi Vishwavidyalaya vice chancellor Dr. Girishwar Misrha and other members of the committee attended the meeting.
