CM gives numerous gifts at Jan-Darshan Sankalp Samaroh at Maihar
Bhopal, August 19, 2015 (Muslim Saleem): The state government will give land to every poor family to construct own house. They will be made landlords. Through joint efforts, the Central and state governments will give houses to all the poor by year 2022. Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan was addressing Jan-Darshan Sankalp Samaroh at Maihar in Satna district today. Energy, Mineral Resources and PR Minister Mr. Rajendra Shukla was also present. The Chief Minister said that in the case of encroachment, no family will dislocated without making alternative arrangements. He said that government is making constant efforts to make agriculture profitable. Along with extending benefit of crop insurance scheme to farmers, the state government has also formulated new crop insurance policy for extending assured income to them. Very low premium will be given by farmers in this scheme. The Chief Minister while referring to 3 priority insurance schemes of the Central government to enhance socio-economic security of women, said that all eligible women should be connected with the schemes. The Chief Minister said that dialysis facility will be made available in maximum number of district hospitals by January 26.
He said that the government has decided to also give scholarships to students belonging to poor families of general category. In accordance with memorandum presented by local MLA Mr. Narayan Tripathi, the Chief Minister announced creation of sub tahasil offices at Maihars’ circles including Badera, Amdara and Nadan for development of Maihar city and nearby areas. Mr. Chouhan announced to upgrade Maihar hospital from 30 beds to 160 beds and opening of government college at Amdara.
