Rewa to have cow sanctuary

Bhopal, August 23, 2015 (Muslim Saleem): A cow sanctuary will be developed for proper upkeep, conservation and augmentation of cows near Rewa district headquarters. Energy and Public Relations Minister informed this at one-day farmers seminar at Agriculture Science Centre, Rewa today. Mr. Shukla said that farmers should adopt modern methods of animal husbandry by acquiring knowledge of latest techniques. This will boost their income. MP Mr. Janardan Mishra said that arrangements for artificial insemination will be made in the village. The Minister also visited Mukundpur zoo-cum wildlife treatment centre. Mr. Shukla visited Karhiya Krishi Upaj Mandi and inspected construction works.
