CM Mr. Chouhan meets industrialists in Mumbai
Bhopal, August 25, 2015 (Muslim Saleem): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan met industrialists in Mumbai today and urged them for investment in Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Chouhan said that he wishes optimum investment in Madhya Pradesh for state’s prosperity. The Chief Minister met Japanese Consul General Mr. Yoshiaki Ito and discussed Japan investment tour to be held in September, 2015. He expressed the wish for maximum industrial units in Indore, Ujjain and Ratlam. He said that 1200 acre land has been reserved at Indore and 1100 acre area has been Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor at Ujjain for Japanese investors. He informed that apart from establishment of Sanchi Buddhist University, arrangements are also being made for sports like golf at Sanchi. Mr. Ito said that outstanding work has been done in Madhya Pradesh in soyabean and agriculture sector. He assured maximum cooperation to the state from Japanese government. The Chief Minister met Mahindra and Mahindra Group’s Mr. Anand Mahindra. He informed Mr. Mahindra about encouraging results of river link project in the state. Mr. Mahindra wished to expand company’s two-wheeler industry in Madhya Pradesh. He assured to export fruits through his company Saboro. Mr. Mahindra wished to construct houses for the poor.
He said that he would also make available low interest loans. The Chief Minister informed Reliance Group’s Mr. Mukesh Ambani about Smart Village Scheme and sought his cooperation in technical assistant and 4-G broadband internet in Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Ambani accepted the offer. Mr. Ambani proposed to economically empower small businessmen by giving Reliance brand name to them.
