Bhopal, August 27, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan):  Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has directed to implement state government’s policy decisions speedily without any delay. The Chief Minister was reviewing action by departments on state government’s priorities at a high level meeting here today. Ministers, Chief Secretary, DGP, all ACSs, Principal Secretaries and Secretaries were present. The Chief Minister said that campaign for signboards and signages in Hindi should be undertaken in all districts of the state. Process should be intensified to provide own house to every domicile of the state. Prepare district-wise information about surplus land of Bhudan and ceiling. Law Department should take up process for fast track court to dispose of petty land disputes. District-wise revision of rejected applications of forest dwellers for forest rights letters should be undertaken. Farmers should be apprised of methods to save crops from caterpillar attack. The Chief Minister said that women should be given maximum benefit of health examination campaign for them. Proposal for scholarship to students belonging to poor families of general category would be submitted within 15 days. Process for women’s 33 percent reservation in police should be completed at the earliest. Draft should be chalked out to develop every village as Smart Village soon. A team of state’s officers should undertake a study visit to Nasik Mahakumbh. Launch campaign to rectify database of Samagra IDs. Strict action should be ensured government servants against whom challans have been put in courts by Lokayukta .

The Chief Minister said that Gareeb Kalyan Varsh will be celebrated from September 25. For this, every department should chalk out proposals for streamlining existing schemes and propose new schemes for welfare of the poor. Programme should be chalked out to apprise people of state government’s achievements during last 10 years and Vision for next 10 years at village, development block, district and state level. All departments should undertake documentation of their innovations and their websites should also be in Hindi.

The meeting was informed that scheme to expand irrigation facility to 60 lakh hectares has been chalked out. Drafts of scheme for alternative of bonus to farmers and Crop Insurance Scheme have been prepared. A sub-committee has been constituted to ensure housing facility for the poor. Proposal for constituting Land Reforms Commission is ready. All district hospitals in the state will be provided dialysis facility by January 26. Health examination of 15 lakh women will be done under the schemes meant for them. Dial-100 Scheme will be implemented in all districts from November 1.
