Governor appeals to industrialists for economic assistance
Bhopal, September 13, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan): Governor Mr. Ram Naresh Yadav said that economic assistance to the sight impair is not only a pious deed, it is also responsibility of all to ensure their rehabilitation and welfare. The Governor urged industrialists, businessman and rich families to extend maximum economic assistance and donation in this campaign. He said that sector of manufacturing various aids for the sight impaired has undergone a revolution in recent years through research. Efforts of the government for the sight impaired are yielding encouraging results. The Governor was launching Flag Day for economic assistance of the sight impaired at Raj Bhavan. On behalf of National Association for the Blind and The Blind Relief Association, a flag was pinned to the Governor. Principal Secretary to Governor Mr. Ajay Tirkey, Patron of National Association for the Blind and former DGP Mr. Arun Gurtu and Mr. Nasir Hussain of Blind Welfare Association were present on the occasion. Earlier, sight impaired students presented flowers to the Governor.
