Discharge duty with devotion and commitment

Mr. Gaur at passing out parade of jail warders

gaur24.9Bhopal, September 24, 2015 (Abdul Ahad Farhan):   Home and Jail Minister Mr. Babulal Gaur has asked Jail Warders to discharge their duties with dedication and commitment. He was addressing passing out parade function-2015 of Jail Warders at Motilal Nehru Stadium here today. Principal Secretary Jails Mr. P.C. Meena and DGP Mr. Surendra Sinh were also present on the occasion. Mr. Gaur said that modern role of jails is reforms along with security. They should live upto their training.

Madhya Pradesh is the state where 5000 to 7000 prisoners are given parole every year, which is maximum compared to any state in the country. He said that honorarium for work by prisoners has been increased from Rs. 55 to Rs. 110. Prisoners will be linked with direct employment by imparting them training in various trades to that they can join mainstream of society abandoning crime world. Mr. Umakant Sharma and Miss Anjana Chaube led the attractive passing out parade.

Mr. Umakant Sharma, Mr. Kapil Siroliya, Miss Maya Chaurasiya were felicitated for excellence during training. At the outset, DG Jail Mr. B.K. Singh informed that after passing out parade, 309 Jail Warders are being sent for duty. The 5-month training was imparted at Sagar, Jabalpur and Bhopal from April 15, 2015. ADG Jail Mr. Sushobhan Bannerjee administrated oath to Warders.
