CM at Antyodaya Mela at village Ghunwara in Satna district
Bhopal, September 27, 2015 (Muslim Saleem): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that benefits of schemes should reach the last person in last row. Mr. Chouhan has addressing an Antyodaya Mela at village Ghunwara in Maihar tahasil of Satna district today. He said that Garib Kalyan Varsh has been launched from Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay’s birth anniversary September 25. He said that entire society will witness all-round development if interests of last person in the last row are safeguarded. Mr. Chouhan dedicated and laid foundation stones for Rs. 28 crore construction works. He distributed Rs. 63 crore assistance to 12 thousand beneficiaries. Energy and Mineral Resources Minister Mr. Rajendra Shukla presided over the function.
The Chief Minister said that the state government is endeavouring to implement ideals of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay. The government has undertaken works for welfare and development of every section and community. Downtrodden and poor have been made axis of development. Mr. Chouhan informed that Antyodaya Melas will be held in all blocks during Garib Kalyan Varsh where government will extend schemes’ benefits to the needy. The Chief Minister informed that he had announced Rs. 500 crore development works during his last Maihar visit.
All these works have been accorded sanction. He announced to develop Ghunwara as Smart Village, opening of Krishi Mandi and declaring it sub-tahasil. He said that ITI will also be opened there. He said that Satna and Maihar will be developed as model areas in every respect. At Antyodaya Mela, the Chief Minister provided job opportunities to 3000 youths. He distributed benefit letters to beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Bank and other schemes as a token.
