No village in state untouched by development

Mr. Verma performs bhumi poojan and dedicates development works

Bhopal, February 8, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan): Revenue & Rehabilitation Minister Mr. Karan Singh Verma visited villages Imlikhera, Gerukhan, Patni and Salikhera in Sehore district today. At Imlikhera, he performed bhumi poojan of a Panchyat building to be constructed at a cost of Rs. 10 lakh and CC road to be built at a cost of Rs. 3.50 lakh at village Patni. Mr. Verma also dedicated a new room of school constructed at a cost of Rs. 5 lakh 40 thousand at village Patni.  The Revenue Minister said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan, the State Government has carried out such works for development and public welfare during the last eight years, which were not undertaken even during the last 60 years. He said that Madhya Pradesh government is the first State Government of the country, which is providing additional benefit of bonus on the support price for wheat and paddy. He assured the villagers that village road will be turned into a CC road.
