Mr. Shukla inaugurates cow protection & augmentation shade at Rewa

shukl8.10.15Bhopal, October 8, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan):  Public Relations Minister Mr. Rajendra Shukla has said that apart from cow protection & augmentation, animals of cow progeny will also be sold to cow keepers at Laxman Bagh Gaushala. Mr. Shukla was inaugurating Acharya Vidyasagar cow protection & augmentation shade at Rewa today. Mr. Shukla said that earlier, the Gaushala was established for protection of hapless and stray cows. With involvement of dedicated people in it, milk will be produced and hybrid cow specie will also be sold to farmers. He lauded Jain community’s enthusiastic participation in it. Mr. Shukla said that cooperative society will further strengthen source of income by producing milk and selling cows. He said that a cow sanctuary will soon be established at Basaman Mama.

Mayor Mrs. Mamta Gupta also spoke on the occasion. Makhanlal National University of Journalism and Mass Communication’s Vice Chancellor Mr. Brijkishore Kuthiyala called for adding emotional and scientific angle with serving cows.  A museum will be established at the place at Laxman Bagh where remains of Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi were kept. Other development works will also be made on the premises. The Minister performed Bhumi Poojan of works costing Rs. 40 lakh at Rewa. Mr. Shukla said that statue of Bapu will be installed at Bapu Bhavan. A lawn will also be developed where statues of Father of Nation will be installed.
