Negligent officers to be identified and punished

bhupem8.10.15Bhopal, October 8, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan):  CM Helpline has emerged as the most effective medium of good governance. It has created so much trust among people of the state within a year that they get smallest and biggest of their problems by dialling 181. This is the reason that we have to make every possible effort to live upto people’s trust. This was stated by Transport Minister Mr. Bhupendra Singh while inspecting 181 call centre (CM Helpline) here today. Call centre officers informed the minister that from July 31, 2014 till date, over 12 lakh complaints were received of which about 93 percent have been disposed off. Mr. Singh said that through CM Helpline, the government gets feedback about government works and functioning in districts.

Therefore, if negligence is detected at district level also, guilty officers will be identified and strict action taken against them. The Minister received many calls at the call centre and talked to callers about solution of their problems. He directed Collector Mandsaur Mr. J.C. Borasi for immediate action on non-disposal of complaint number 1312768 of Arjun Pahadiya of village Bhaduniya, tahasil Garoth in Mandsaur district about insanitation in the village. In another case, Collector Neemuch directed for immediate disposal of complaint number 1308514 of Mr. Satya Narayan Bin of village Dowad about encroachment on his land
