Training enables to discharge duty

Mr. Gaur at dedication of hostel building

gaur13.12.15Bhopal, December 13, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan):  Home and Jail Minister Mr. Babulal Gaur has said that police need best training. Police personnel discharge duty to protect people’s lives, properties and rights. Mr. Gaur was dedicating newly construction hostel building of Police Training Institute, Bhauri here today. Mr. Gaur said that police should display people-oriented approach. They should extend support to common people in time of need. Their conduct should be such that common people do not hesitate in visiting police stations to seek help and security. Training should be imparted in such a way that these traits are visible in conduct of police personnel.

Referring to ancient Ashram system and Guru-Shishya tradition, Mr. Gaur said that both trainer and trainee must understand that their work is towards public welfare and to help suffering and exploited people. Mr. Gaur directed to construct approach road upto Bhauri training institute and make available drinking water there. DGP Mr. Surendra Singh told trainees that their works will carve identity of the institute

. They should implement better training imbibed by them in field. Chairman of Police Housing Corporation Mr. Rishi Kumar Shukla informed that this hostel with 144 occupancies has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 8 crore 50 lakh. Director of Police Academy Mr. Pramod Phalnikar informed that at present 227 SIs are undergoing training at the institute. The Academy has capacity of training of 400 to 500 trainees. Minister Mr. Gaur also inspected arrangements at the Police Academy Training Institute.
