IAS probationary officers meet CM Mr. Chouhan

lead17.12.15Bhopal, December 17, 2015 (Muslim Saleem):  Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that democratic system is to serve people. Work with sensitivity without egoism. The Chief Minister was addressing IAS probationary officers at Vidhan Sabha here today. The Chief Minister said that administrative officers should play important role in state’s development. One aspect of development is infrastructure development and another human resources development. Development is meaningless if its benefits do not reach common people. Several welfare schemes have been implemented in the state to reach out benefits to common people.

Panchayats have been held for dialogue with various sections of society. Schemes have been chalked out for development of various sections after discussions with concerning persons. Effective implementation is necessary to reach out benefits of schemes to common people. Work with sensitivity will enable to serve people in better way. Officers should do such works that people remember them positively. Transparency and intention to work for the welfare of the people with utmost capacity will make better administrators. Director General of Academy of Administration Mrs. Kanchan Jain informed about training programme. Principal Secretary to CM Mr. Iqbal Singh Bains and Academy’s Director Mrs. Shikha Dube were also present on the occasion.
