CM Mr. Chouhan at Jan-Samwad at village Gauraiyya
Bhopal, December 30, 2015 (Ataullah Faizan): Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that now administration will be run at Chaupals of village instead of Vallabh Bhavan. He said that he would hold direct dialogue with people at villages 3 days a week to learn their problems properly. The Chief Minister was addressing a Jan-Samvad programme at village Goraiyya in Satna district today.
The Chief Minister said that development is a continuous process. He is making efforts to ensure that benefit of development reaches last person in the last row of society. He said that no stone will be left unturned for development of this hilly terrain including Badera and Goraiyya. A survey team will be sent soon to ensure that farmers in the area get irrigation facility. He said that lift irrigation would be ensured to provide irrigation facility to 30 unirrigated Gram Panchayats in the area.
The Chief Minister said that drinking water will be supplied in rural areas through piped water schemes. The Chief Minister said that possessors of government land for years will be made owners by giving them land pattas. He said that houses will be provided to houseless people under Mukhyamantri Aawas Yojana. Mr. Chouhan also announced to open high school at village Bhadanpura, repair of 4 major roads in hilly area, construction of panchayat, school and sports ground.
The Chief Minister sought information from villagers about mid-day meal, free books and uniform to students in school. He said that the state government is committed to ensuring quality education of children. MP Mr. Ganesh Singh and former MLA Mr. Narayan Tripathi also spoke on the occasion. During Jan-Samvad programme, the Chief Minister noticed disabled girl Arti Namdev who he called to the dais and directed officers to her treatment. He said that she would be given treatment at state government’s expenses.
