Jammu & Kashmir students call on Governor Mr. Yadav
Bhopal, February 4, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan): Students from Jammu-Kashmir on all India tour under ‘Apna Watan Project’ called on Governor Mr. Ram Naresh Yadav at Raj Bhavan here today. Blessing the students, the Governor said that Jammu-Kashmir is inseparable part of India. Development and progress of that state is being hampered due to anti-national activities of terrorist and separatist outfits. Vicious propaganda by such outfits has misled a section of youths there, who need to be brought to right track and national mainstream. Principal Secretary to Governor Mr. Ajay Tirkey, Commandant 2 ECI Mr. D.K. Jhan and Assistant Commandant Mr. R.K. Vardhan and teachers were present on the occasion.
The Governor said that objective of tour of India being conducted by Central government is to apprise students of country’s geography, culture, archaeological heritage as well as civilization, unity and harmony. This will help students identify, understand and know the country. Mr. Yadav exhorted them to work jointly to realize dream of new India of Mahatma Gandhi. Assistant Commandant Mr. Naveen Solanki conducted the proceedings. Students also presented memento to the Governor.
