Several problems of people solved at Samadhan online

cs2.3.16Bhopal, March 2, 2016 (Abdul Ahad Farhan):  Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa ensured solution of pending cases of citizens during Samadhan Online here today. The Chief Secretary solved problems at the monthly video-conferencing in the absence of Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan due to preoccupation. CS directed to examine delay in payment of amount for construction of animal shed to Mr. Champalal of Khargone district within a month. CS directed Collector to take action against those found guilty in the case. Mrs. Manoj Bai and other applicants from Sheopur district got the benefit of Ladli Laxmi Yojana today. CS directed to punish clerk guilty for delay.

Directives were given to rectify marksheet of class X of Mr. Virendra Singh of Raisen district. In 2 cases, CS directed to give amount with interest to applicants. After case figuring in Samadhan Online, Mrs. Kamla Bai got compensation of Rs. one lakh 9 thousand against land acquisition. CS directed NVDA to also provide interest amount to the applicant. Similarly, amount of service tax realised from Bhopal resident Mr. Rajaram Chowkse on purchase of LIG house at Ayodhya Extension despite service tax not applicable to the scheme was refunded to him.

CS directed for payment of interest of Rs. 27 thousand 670 accruing on principal amount paid after 8 years.  Mr. Anil Shukla of Gram Panchayat Barkheda in Umaria district informed that he has received compensation against his land acquired for Bandhavgarh national park, but compensation against 449 trees on the land has not been received till date. CS directed Collector to ensure immediate payment to applicant. Mr. Bharat Singh Kirla of village Balpur in Alirajpur district urged for grant for tubewell dug one and half years ago.

Mr. Ranchhod of village Ranipur Kahar of Barwani district had applied for payment of Rs. 40 thousand deposited by him in Pratha Credit Cooperative Society. It was informed about the case that payment has been made to the applicant. Mrs. Anita Bai Dhurve of village Haridhana in Betul district had applied to collector for sanction of economic assistance on death of her husband in a road accident in September 2015. Collector informed that the amount has been deposited in the applicant’s bank account. On the issue of delay in payment in such cases, CS directed General Administration Department to make available adequate funds under this head to collectors to ensure payments to applicants at the earliest.
