Invitation of Simhastha to entire world

CM Mr. Chouhan dedicates many works including Ujjayani Hotel at Ujjain

lead3.3.16Bhopal, March 3, 2016 (Muslim Saleem):   Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that a resolve is being fulfilled, a dream is coming true. Ujjain is being developed as a city of everyone’s dream in unique and unparalleled way. In view of Simhastha, Madhya Pradesh government had started preparations for Simhastha before Vidhan Sabha elections. No stone has been left unturned to ensure success of this religious and spiritual event in this Holy City dotted by unique places. Along with Baba Mahakal Mandir, Chintaman Ganesh, Maa Harsiddhi also exist here. It is also birth place of Mangal (Planet Mars), which ensures welfare of all.

Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan was addressing inaugural function of Hotel Ujjayani constructed at a cost of Rs. 112.35 crore at Ujjain by MP Tourism Development Corporation today. Transport Minister and in-charge of Ujjain district Mr. Bhupendra Singh, Minister of State for Tourism and Culture Mr. Surendra Patwa and Chairman of MP Tourism Development Corporation Mr. Tapan Bhowmik were present on the occasion.

The Chief Minister said that he had resolved to develop Ujjain as envy of the world. In view of innumerable features and significance of Ujjain, works of permanent nature costing Rs. 3000 crore have been undertaken here. Mr. Chouhan said that ideological seminars are going to be held at Ujjain. In ancient times, not only holy baths, but discussions and brainstorming were also held during Kumbh. Reviving this tradition, the government has decided to hold ideological seminars during Simhastha. Global problems including environmental pollution will be discussed during the seminars. Entire world has been invited to Simhastha.

Even after Simhastha, people from all over the world would keep visiting Ujjain. This Simhastha will be Green Simhastha. The Chief Minister dedicated newly constructed works costing Rs. 112 crore 35 lakh at Ujjain. These included lighting from Hari Phatak Bridge upto Maha Mrityunjay Road costing Rs. 2.45 crore and Avantika Parikrama Path costing Rs. 94.30 crore. Mr. Chouhan dedicated newly constructed Ujjayani Hotel costing Rs. 9 crore, upgradation and expansion of Kshipra Hotel costing Rs. 5 crore, upgradation of Hotel Avantika costing Rs. one crore and day shelter and public utility centre costing Rs. 60 lakh.
