CS hears people’s problems

Directs departments for action

Bhopal, March 5, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):  Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa met common people, heard their problems and marked their applications for examination and action to concerning departments during Thursday’s weekly meeting at Mantralaya today. Bhopal’s Mr. Virendra Rawat urged for compassionate appointment. CS directed Principal Secretary Tribal Welfare for action after examination of case within a month. Ujjain’s Mr. Manohar Lal Verma informed about non-payment of gratuity after retirement. Bhopal’s Mr. Anil Patel informed about problem of conduct of B. Ed course elsewhere instead of address given in advertisement by educational institutions Veena Vadini Education and Training Institute. He also informed about non-sanction of scholarship. SuMr. Mamta Pancholi of Dewas cited family problems urging for posting at Dewas instead of Kannaud. Sehore’s Mrs. Sheeza Jaunsi urged for posting at Bhopal to look after elderly in-laws. CS referred these cases to concerning departments. Bhopal’s Mr. M. R. Khan, Inspector PHQ informed in a letter that during his posting in Shajapur district, charge-sheet in a case was filed. Without recommendation of SP, enquiry was made against him due to which he is deprived of promotion. CS directed ACS Home to take decision on departmental enquiry against the applicant on the basis of merit within 2 months.

Harda resident Mr. Gautam Jain informed that land was allotted and was issued licence to his firm for a warehouse by Madhya Pradesh Agriculture Produce Mandi Board. Collector had also used the godown for storage of procure wheat during year 2010 in coordination with Warehousing and Logistics Corporation.  Now Mandi Board has conducted an enquiry and held his firm guilty of violation of terms and conditions. Lease of godwon has also been canceled. CS called Principal Secretary, Director Mandi Board and MD of Madhya Pradesh Warehousing and Logistics Corporation for discussion on the issue on March 8.
