CM dedicates new works at advocate general’s office in Jabalpur

cmadviser3.4.16Bhopal, April 3, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):  Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan dedicated new works costing about 65 lakh in the building of Advocate General’s office at Jabalpur today. Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa, Advocate General Mr. Ravish Agrawal, Additional Advocate General Mr. Purushendra Kaurav and Mr. K.S. Wadhwa were also present on the occasion. Later, the Chief Minister also inspected law officers’ rooms on the first floor and record room on the second floor. He stressed the need to make the record room more systematic. The Chief Minister also met law officers and employees of Advocate General’s office. A sum of about Rs. one crore 19 lakh has been sanctioned for renovation of Advocate General’s office.

Of this, Rs. 64 lakh 59 thousand has been sanctioned for civil works and Rs. 54 lakh 38 thousand for electrification. Civil works of the building have been completed while electrification and work of new lift is in progress. Before dedication, the Chief Minister met Advocate General Mr. Ravish Agrawal at his residence in Civil Lines. Former Advocate General Mr. Ravinandan Singh, senior High Court advocates and all law officers of Advocate General’s office were present on the occasion.
