Sanitary workers doing cleaning not as duty, but spirit of service

Bhopal, April 25, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):   Activeness and dutifulness of sanitary staff of Ujjain Municipal Corporation deployed in Mangalnath Zone area is being lauded by all. Due to their promptitude, cleaning of Sulabh Complexes, roads and waste disposal are being done effectively. They are also spraying anti-mosquito medicines and other insecticides in Ashrams and Pandals of saints-seers, open drains Mela area and around Sulabh Complexes. Under the leadership of Sanitary Inspector Mr. Sanjay Masih, a team of about 15 sanitary workers is spraying insecticides in Ashrams and Pandals in Mangalnath and Khak Chowk daily. They informed that insecticides are sprayed daily in about 50 to 55 Ashrams. According to sanitary workers, they are doing cleaning in Simhastha Mela area not as duty, but spirit of service. They consider it as a holy work and success of life given by the God. About 66 years old Mr. Ram Khelawan, who has come to sell Rudraksh and sandalwood beads’ garlands, said that he goes to all Kumbhs, but has never seen such sanitary and cleaning arrangements anywhere else including Nasik, Haridwar and Allahabad.
