CS meets common people, directs to solve problems

Bhopal, April 29, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):   Chief Secretary Mr. Anthony de Sa heard common people’s problems and directed for their prompt disposal at Mantralaya here today. CS directed to exempt land of Bhopal’s Gautam Housing Cooperative Society from acquisition and necessary action to include its name in revenue records. CS also gave necessary directives to Executive Officer of Bhopal Development Authority and Collector Bhopal about encroachments on authorized plots of plot holders in Bhopal’s Uma Vikas Samiti Sarvoday Housing Society, Khajuri Kalan, non-transfer of possession of plot by BDA to allotte Mr. Vijay Kumar of Bairagarh, Bhopal and illegal construction without permission on the plot of Mr. Anis Ahmad at Indrapuri, Bhopal. Miss Amera Shaikh of Indore appointed on compassionate ground as Forest Guard applied to accommodate her on the post of assistant grade-III. CS directed Principal Secretary Forests to act in the case and apprise him of the action.

CS also directed for necessary action regarding applications for compassionate appointment by Mr. Ashish Dube of Karera in Shivpuri district, Mr. Mithilesh Shilpi of village Awariya in Raisen district and Mrs. Saroj Batham of Bhopal.    Relatives of cancer affected Assistant Manager of Central Region Power Distribution Company Mr. Shashank Gupta urged to quash his transfer from Bhopal to Bhind on compassionate ground. CS directed company’s MD to act in this case on humanitarian ground.
