CM Mr. Chouhan meets Prime Minister Mr. Modi

Apprises of arrangements for Simhastha Ujjain Kumbh

cmmodi5.5.16Bhopal, May 5, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):   Chief Minister Mr. Shivraj Singh Chouhan met the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi at Parliament House in New Delhi today and apprised him about the arrangements made for Simhastha Ujjain Kumbh-2016. During half an hour meeting with the Prime Minister, Mr. Chouhan informed about the arrangements made so far for the devotees. He said that the devotees are coming in large number to take holy dip in river Kshipra. Secretary to Chief Minister Mr. Vivek Aggarwal was also present on the occasion. Mr. Chouhan informed that he had tried to fulfill Prime Minister’s dream of Swatch Kumbh and Swatch Bharat. Efforts have been made to keep the water of river Kshipra and Mela area clean. Round the clock monitoring is being done to keep the river water clean and dirt free so that devotees can take a dip in clean water. Mr. Chouhan said that from May 12 to May 14, 2016, Ideological churning will be done in which experts of various fields from more than 40 different countries will express their views on issue related to mankind and will try to pinpoint the problem and solutions to them. The outcome of this Vaicharik Mahakumbh will be released by Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi as ‘Simhastha Declaration’.
