Engineers work is in field, not in AC room

Technical Education Minister inaugurates 2-wheeler training centre at CRISP

gupta21.6.16Bhopal, June 21, 2016 (Ataullah Faizan):   An engineer’s work is in the field. He cannot do justice with his work sitting in an AC room. This was stated by Higher and Technical Education Minister Mr. Umashankar Gupta while inaugurating 2-wheeler repair and training centre set up at CRISP in collaboration with TVS company here. This is the first training centre of TVS company in Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Gupta said that along with training at workshops, mechanics should also be imparted field training. He said that subordinate staff will respect you when you have knowledge. Mr. Gupta informed that a scheme has been chalked out to give certificates to artisans connected to traditional trades by holding their exam. He said that it is the responsibility of all of us to bring smiles on youths’ faces. Mr. Gupta said that it would become possible only when youths are assured of jobs.  CRISP’s CEO Mr. Mukesh Sharma informed that about 200 youths would be imparted training every year. Training module is of 3 years. Chairman of Private Universities Regulatory Commission also spoke on the occasion. Officer of TVS Mr. Shubh Ranjan Sinha said that training would be imparted at the training centre to TVS staff and other youths. Motorcycles and other materials have been made available for training. Trainees also shared their experiences.
