Jharkhand girl becomes Miss Teen International

Teen InternationalBringing glory to the State and nation, 19-year-old Hazaribagh girl Steffy Patel won the Miss Teen International competition in Thailand today. The contest, organized by the Big Break International, had contestants from 60 countries.

Steffy, who is currently pursuing her graduation course in English from Delhi University, has completed her schooling from DAV Public School, Hazaribagh.

She had earlier won the Femina Campus Princess title and was runner up of Miss Teen International pageant in the year 2014-15.

Patel’s family members in Hazaribagh expressed their happiness after getting the news. She renders her success to the family members and friends who are equally elated with her achievements. She said that her aim was to win the Miss India, Miss Universe and Miss World competition.

Steffy’s mother Madhuri Sinha said over telephone from Delhi that this really was a proud moments for her as well as Hazaribagh, Jharkhand and India. She said that in this competition girl from Myanmar and Australia were on second and third position.

The denizens of Hazaribagh are now ready to give a warm welcome to Steffy  when she will arrive here after winning the International competition.
