Bhopal, May 21, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): KMadhya Pradesh CM Kamal Nath has claimed that 10 of his MLAs have reported to him and said they were receiving phone calls and being offered money and posts. He added that he has complete faith on the MLAs of his party. His statement came right after the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) said that the Congress-led government in Madhya Pradesh is in minority in the state and that a floor test should be conducted. As per the exit poll predictions, it seems that the Bharatiya Janata Party is bracing up for another tenure with a landslide victory. According to the India Today-Axis My India Exit Poll for the 2019 Lok Sabha election, the BJP-led NDA government is predicted to secure a majority with over 339-365 out of the total 542 Lok Sabha seats. Poll figures for the state of Madhya Pradesh showed that the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has wooed the voters back. It is expected that the BJP will win 26-28 seats, while the Congress will gain only 1-3 seats in the state. In the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP won 26 seats and the Congress 3 seats. The BJP also demanded the Kamal Nath government to prove majority in the assembly. On Monday, Chief Minister Kamal Nath said his government is ready for an assembly floor test. He added that the Congress-led government proved majority at least four times in the last five months in his state. He also accused the BJP of making attempts to collapse the Madhya Pradesh government since the Congress came to power in the state. Kamal Nath said, “They have been trying this since day one, (we) have proved majority at least four times in last five months. They want to do it again, we have no problem.
