Public Relations Minister Shri Sharma inaugurates call centre

Bhopal, May 24, 2019 (Ataullah Faizan): Public Relations Minister Shri P.C. Sharma launched a call centre to provide facilities to the general public and to resolve their grievances. Residents of Bhopal’s South-West Assembly area can file their complaints regarding electricity, roads, water and beneficiary oriented schemes of their wards from home on the mobile no. 8982464232 from 8 am to 8 pm. Once the complaint is filed, it will be delivered directly to the concerned department and the problem will be resolved as soon as possible. On the first day of the launch of the call centre, the task of solving problems has started. Today, a complaint has been registered in Shyam Nagar regarding cleanliness and instructions to resolve the issue within 24 hours have been given.
