State government will extend all possible help to talented players: CM Shri Kamal Nath

Cheques of Rs 15 lakh incentive given to mountaineers and approval letters of Rs 3 lakh CM Swechhanudan Bhopal, June 3, 2019 (Ataullah Faizan): Prior to the Cabinet meeting today, Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath handed over a cheque of Rs 15 lakh incentive and Rs 3 lakh each from Mukhya Mantri Swechchanudan on behalf of the state government to state’s two women mountaineers who scaled Mount Everest for the first time and male mountaineer who sang the national anthem on Mount Everest for the first time at the Mantralaya. Chief Minister Shri Nath said that the government will extend all possible assistance to the talented players of the state so that they can make the state and the country proud in the whole world. Congratulating the two women mountaineers who scaled Mount Everest Sushri Bhavna Deharia and Sushri Megha Parmar and Shri Ratnesh Pandey, he said that Madhya Pradesh is proud of their remarkable achievement. Shri Ratnesh Pandey is the first mountaineer who sang the national anthem ‘Jana-Gana –Mana after reaching Mount Everest. The Chief Minister handed over a cheque of Rs 15 lakh incentive given by the state government to every mountaineer and approval letter of Rs 3 lakh from Mukhya Mantri Swechchanudan for their achievement. Higher Education and Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Shri Jitu Patwari, Chief Secretary Shri S. R. Mohanty and Director Sports and Youth Welfare Dr. S.L. Thausen and senior officers of Sports Department were present on the occasion.
