CM Shri Kamal Nath to review through video conference on second Tuesday every month Bhopal, July 7, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): The state government is launching a Jan-Adhikar programme to address the problems of the common man and provide assured and satisfactory solutions.This programme will be held every on second Tuesday every month on the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath. In this, the Chief Minister will hold a dialogue with senior officials of all the districts through a video conference to provide solutions to the problems of the people. The Chief Minister will launch the Jan-Adhikar programme on the second Tuesday of this month on July 9th. Due to unsatisfactory results of Samadhan Online, C.M. Helpline and Public Service Guarantee Act launched earlier, Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath instructed to create such a dialogue programme so that the problems and grievances of the people could be instantly resolved satisfactorily. After the directive of the Chief Minister, the state government decided to launch this programme for the review of the services being provided through C.M. Helpline and the Public Service Guarantee Act . The basic concept of the new programme is the right of the people of the state for a legitimate solution to their complaints and problems. The present state government is committed to protect and support this right. Jan-Adhikar programme to be held on every second Tuesday every month Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath will review the action taken to solve the problems and grievances of the people through video conferencing by remaining present in the Jan-Adhikar programme on the 2nd Tuesday of every month. In case there is a holiday on the second Tuesday of any month, the programme will be held on the next working day. Senior officials of the district and Mantralaya will be present During the video conferencing, collectors, superintendents of police of all the districts and district level departmental officers will be present. Commissioner, Inspector General of Police and Division level Officers will be present at Divisional Headquarters. Additional Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries and Heads of the Departments, the cases of which have been included in the review at the state level, will be present. Complaints received from time to time by the Chief Minister, complaints marked among authentic complaints received in the Public Grievances Redressal Cell, C.M. Helpline and through other means will be reviewed in the Jan-Adhikar programme. Information regarding the complaints will be given to the respective departments and their heads on the programme date. The officers of the concerned departments will be responsible to feed online on the portal http://cmhelpline.mp.gov.in, the detailed information about the complaints received and the factual report of the solutions provided before 4 pm on the same day. CM Office to notify complainant The complainant will be informed about their inclusion in the programme regarding their authentic complaints, the Chief Minister’s Office. These complainants will be present in the video conferencing with the Collector of the concerned district and communicate directly with the Chief Minister. The monitoring of the proceedings until the final settlement necessary in marked complaints will be done by the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. CM to discuss implementation of schemes and relevant topics All additional chief Secretaries, principal secretaries and district collectors have been told by the state government that the Chief Minister will also discuss issues related to implementation of government schemes and contemporary importance in the programme. Officials have been instructed to be present in the video conferencing with all necessary information.
