Bhopal, September 19, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): Three women and one man have been taken into custody for their alleged involvement in several cases of honey trapping, Bhopal police said on Wednesday. A case was registered against the women in Indore Police Station for blackmailing politicians and officers.
On being asked about their involvement in honey trapping case, Amit Kumar, CSP Govind Pura, told media persons, “We have detained three women and one man. Indore Police will give you an update. Such a case has been registered against them in Indore. We were asked to keep them in our custody.”
Later, Indore police arrived Bhopal and left with the accused.

The accused have been brought to Govindpura Police Station in the city where they are being interrogated by the ATS and Intelligence Bureau (IB) officers.

It has come out that one of the women who has been nabbed by Madhya Pradesh police and ATS, had alleged relations with a former minister.
A mobile phone has been recovered having several disturbing photographs.
One of the accused Shweta Jain is a resident of Sagar district while another runs a lady garment shop in the state.
Almost a year back, a video of Shweta Jain with a driver had gone viral following which she had settled in Bhopal.

Another woman who has been taken into police custody is accused of honey-trapping a PAS rank officer.
The three women who have been detained are identified as:
Shweta Jain from Rivera Town in Bhopal. Shweta Jain from Minal Residency in Bhopal. Barkha Bhatnagar.
