Miscreants stole ATM machine load with 29 lakh rupees in Satna of Madhya Pradesh

Satna/Bhopal, September 28, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): The miscreants, who came in a white SUV in Amrapatan town, 35 km from the district headquarters of Satna in Madhya Pradesh, on Thursday night, took away the ATM of State Bank of India (SBI), loaded with Rs 29 lakh, and took it away. Police have started searching for miscreants based on CCTV footage. Inspector RP Mishra, in-charge of Amarpatan police station, said that the thieves escaped with the SBI ATM machine near Sahara Bank and filled Rs 29 lakh in it. He told that in the morning when the people around the ATM saw the ATM center busy, they informed the police. Mishra said that it is visible in the CCTV footage that when the miscreants involved in the incident did not get cash from the ATM, they cut the whole machine with the cutter. The station in-charge quoted SBI officials as stating that the stolen ATM had Rs 29,55,400. Police have registered a case and have formed a dozen teams to nab the accused, searches are being done at many places but at present no clue of the Aroopis has been found.
