BJP leader rapes woman in Madhya Pradesh in name of house allotment under PMAY

Sagar (Madhya Pradesh) Mahesh Ahirwar (50), husband of SC leader and BJP councilor of Vitthalnagar ward, has been accused of raping a woman and then getting an abortion in exchange for the benefit of PM housing and other schemes. The victim complained of the case to SP Amit Sanghi that after this, the Cantt police has registered a case against the councilor husband. On the other hand, the councilor husband has denied the allegations, calling it a conspiracy of the opponents. The victim alleges that the husband of the councilor has been exploiting him physically for a year. The councilor and his family used to threaten to kill him when he complained to the police. So that she remained silent till now. The victim stated in the complaint that she did not have any parents. She lives near her maternal uncle. A year ago, Mahesh Ahirwar’s wife Councilor Pushpa visited him and asked him to provide benefits of cottage prime minister’s residence and other schemes. After this, the councilor’s husband Mahesh Ahirwar started visiting him. One day he raped me after getting alone. I was miscarried in a hospital in Katra after my pregnancy one and a half months ago. After this, he forced me once again. The woman said that when she threatened to write a report to the police, her brother Bhagirath Ahirwar, son Hemant, Ganesh and her son Prohat and other families brought Katta and threatened to kill her. He was threatening that he had a video of the incident, which he would spoil by making it viral. The victim’s relative has also accused the councilor husband of taking 10 thousand rupees in return for getting PM’s accommodation. Said minor in the application, adult in the mark list: Cantt station in-charge Satish Singh said that the victim had written her age of 17 years in the application. He did not have any proof of age. Later, when his mark list was called, he was found to be 20 years old. A case under section 376 has been registered against Mahesh Ahirwar on his charges. At present, the police has not been able to arrest the accused.
