Madhya Pradesh Govt. determined to keep river Narmada clean: Minister Shri Sharma

Bhopal, November 8, 2019 (Ataullah Faizan): The Minister for Law and Legislative Affairs and Public Relations Shri P.C. Sharma said that the state government is determined to keep Narmada River clean and pollution free. We get blessings by virtue of just Darshan of Maa Narmada. He further mentioned that Narmada River is a lifeline of the state. We all have responsibility to work in the direction to keep Narmada River clean. Shri Sharma was addressing the programme organized in Hoshangabad, the district of his charge. The Minister Shri Sharma has said that the action will be initiated soon to set up a medical college in Hoshangabad. He further mentioned that during the Magnificent MP, the industrialists have been encouraged for establishing industries in Hoshangabad district too. Shri Sharma performed bhoomi-poojan of Drain Management System to be constructed to protect Narmada River from polluted water. During the inspection of the District Hospital, he apprised himself of the problems from the patients and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officers. Shri Sharma also inaugurated the renovated eye ward of the hospital. The Public Relations Minister while addressing the Kavi Sammelan organized at Sethani Ghat, said that besides religious importance, Hoshangabad holds a distinct identity as a Sahityik Nagri. The Nagar Palika Chairman Shri Akhilesh Khandelwal, Former MLA Shri Ambika Prasad Shukla and Shri Vijay Dubey ‘Kaku’ and Shri Ajay Saini were present at the programme.
