Bhopal, November 10, 2019 (Ataullah Faizan): The Supreme Court gave its verdict on Saturday over a 70-year-long legal battle. The court has given the disputed land to Ramlala Virajaman. At the same time, Muslims have been ordered to given five acres of alternative land in Ayodhya to build a mosque. The court has asked the central government to constitute a trust for the construction of the temple. This decision was about the title suit.
This decision of the court has nothing to do with the case that disputed the disputed structure. The government said on Saturday that demolition of the disputed structure is illegal. This has been tweeted by senior leader of Sekar Congress and Rajya Sabha MP Digvijay Singh. In which he has asked what punishment will be given to the culprits of demolition.
Digvijay Singh wrote, ‘The Hon’ble Supreme Court in the Ram Janmabhoomi judgment has considered the act of demolition of Babri Masjid as an illegal offense. Will the culprits be punished? lets see. It’s been 27 years.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court has considered the act of demolishing the Babri Masjid in the Ram Janmabhoomi judgment as an illegal offense. Will the culprits be punished? lets see. It has been 27 years.
The Congress leader said that the path of demolition and violence is not in anyone’s interest. He wrote, ‘We are all grateful for the decision of Ram Janmabhoomi. The Congress had always said that the solution to every dispute should be found only within the scope of laws and rules established by the Constitution. The path of demolition and violence is not in anyone’s interest.
It was illegal to keep a statue in the mosque and demolish the structure
The Supreme Court bench said that it was illegal to place the idol and demolish the structure in the mosque. The bench said, according to evidence, Muslims used to offer Namaz in the mosque. The statue was placed under the dome on 22–23 December 1949. This was unholy work. In 1992 the structure collapsed was a violation of the law. We can rectify what went wrong by using special powers under Article 142 of the Constitution. It is necessary to give land for the mosque, as Muslims were evicted unfairly. Either, other than the central government acquired land, or give the land to the Waqf Board in the state government Ayodhya.
