Actually these days a video is becoming quite viral, where the company has an angry customer dragged his car with a donkey. It is an incident that the anger of Vishal Pancholi, who lives in Udaipur, has landed on MG Hector. Angered by MG Motor, Vishal drags his MG Hector to the middle road donkey. During this time, he put several posters on his white colored Hector, which has written many slogans against the company and the car. What is the whole matter? Vishal, who bought MG Hector, says that there was a problem with his car culture after which he went to the company. He says the company did not fix it. He also says that on the contrary on behalf of the company’s officials, he was accused that he was driving on second gear in traffic, due to which this incident has happened. He has also accused the company of threatening and calling police. What does the company say? The British producer says that all the allegations made by Vishal are baseless. Company officials say that all measures have been taken on their behalf to solve Vishal’s problem. A video-linked post from MG Motor India’s official Facebook Handle commented, stating that, “Despite MG’s great efforts to fully satisfy the customer and resolve the matter, the customer has implied Have shown selfishness. The customer has tried to take advantage of MG’s customer-first approach only. We have also initiated appropriate action with the authorities concerned, as an attempt has been made to damage the reputation of the brand on behalf of the customer. ” Let us tell you that MG Motor launched its Hector this year i.e. in July 2019. The MG Hector is available in the Indian market with a 1.5-liter petrol engine, a 1.5-liter petrol hybrid and a 2.0-liter diesel engine. MG Hector has an initial ex-showroom price of Rs 12.18 lakh, which goes up to Rs 16.88 lakh.
