CM interacts directly with collectors and complainants in Janadhikar programme CEO suspended for stating applicant’s complaint as fake BBhopal, December 10, 2019 (Muslim Saleem): Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath has given instructions to redress all cases of forest rights pattas by December apart from completing the distribution of fertilizers, paddy procurement and road repair work on priority. Taking into serious consideration the matter of closure of complaints made by the public without redressal, he said that it will not be tolerated. The Chief Minister said that the responsibility of solving the problems of the people should be decided at higher level and not at the lower level. Shri Nath was in a dialogue with the district collectors and complainants through video conferencing in a Janadhikar programme. No callousness should be made in fertilizer distribution The Chief Minister asked the district collectors to take fertilizer distribution work on top priority. He told them to ensure adequate availability and that there is no black marketing. The Chief Minister told them to monitor that the private fertilizer sellers do not sell fertilizers to the farmers at high rates. He said that adulterated fertilizer should not be sold in the market. He told them to ensure that law and order situation does not arise over fertilizer. Purchase and payment of paddy should be on time The Chief Minister said that all arrangements should be made for the purchase of paddy. The paddy procurement process should be started in the right way and on time. He asked to maintain adequate availability of sacks and also to pay the farmers for their produces on time. Send list of roads which are posing problems for people The Chief Minister said that the work of repairing roads is being done on a large scale in the entire state. He asked the collector to ensure that quality is maintained in construction of roads. He said that a list of such roads should also be prepared where the repair work has not started and the public is facing problems. Ensure disposal of forest rights cases by December While reviewing the forest rights pattas, the Chief Minister gave clear instructions to ensure that that all eligible persons get pattas. He said that no carelessness will be tolerated on this issue involving poor tribals. Don’t just collect complaints, resolve them The Chief Minister, while reviewing the ‘Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar’ programme said that this programme should be run effectively. He said that complaints of not running this programme seriously are being received from many places. The Chief Minister said that the goal of ‘Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar’ programme is to solve the problems of the people on the spot. He said that this is not a programme meant to invite complaints but to solve the problems of the people. All field officers should work with this mindset. The Chief Minister instructed the collectors to form the Gram Yuva Shakti Samiti and also to appoint Kisan Bandhu soon. Trend of closing complaint without redressal to be taken seriously The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath, taking the trend of closing complaints without their redressal seriously said that this culture will not be tolerated. He expressed anguish over the complaint of Shri Rambabu of Sagar and Shri Vivek Ahirwar of Guna for not getting the scholarship, complaint of Dinesh Nagar of Dewas for not getting the amount of plantation and compliant of Smt. Shubhadra Vishwakarma of Rewa for closing the cases and for presenting a report of satisfaction. He said that the complaints will not be treated as redressed till they are resolved and complainants become satisfied. Janpad CEO suspended in Badwani district for describing complaint as false The Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath directed for immediate suspension of the CEO of Pati Janpad of Badwani district for giving a report, describing the complaint of the complainant Shri Shyam Rathore as false. In this case, the services of the Rozgar Sahayak have been terminated and the Assistant Engineer as well as Panchayat Secretary have been suspended. In the year 2018, the complaint was lodged by Shri Shyam Rathore for the irregularities being done in the construction works and Kapildhara Kuan Yojana. Directives to lodge case of cheating against builder In the case of the complainant Shri Ravindra Kumar, the resident of ward no. 48 of Bhopal, the Chief Minister Shri Kamal Nath directed to register a case of cheating against the builder. A flat was bought by Shri Yadav from M/s Bharti Builders of Bhopal and the possession for the same was not given to the complainant. In this connection, a complaint was also registered by the complainant in Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The decision was pronounced in favour of the complainant and directives were issued to the Bhopal Collector to get the full payment refunded to the complainant. As a result of the action of the district administration, two cheques of Rs. One lakh 50 thousand and Rs. One lakh 57 thousand were given to the complainant but both the cheques were bounced. The Chief Minister directed to get the full payment refunded to the complainant and to register the cheating case against the builder. On the complaint of Shri Sanjay Upadhyay pertaining to the land, the Chief Minister directed the Commissioner Indore Division to settle the case within 15 days.
